The work can be physically demanding and involves the manufacturing of customer-specific products in metal. There is no one to hold your hand here; you must be self-driven, take initiative, and ensure that the work flows smoothly. We are looking for someone who is loyal, engaged, and has a strong drive.

Your responsibilities will include most common tasks in manufacturing such as welding, assembly, and machining.

The working hours are during the day.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for a person with the right attitude, a self-driven and responsible individual who sees what needs to be done and takes action. You are loyal, meticulous, and reliable, and understand the importance of always delivering high quality in your work.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing metal industry
Forklift license
Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
Experience in welding and/or cutting techniques such as plasma/laser cutting
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

If you have experience as a farmer or have run your own business, we see this as a great advantage, as these experiences often involve a natural habit of solving problems and taking responsibility. You also have good knowledge of Swedish.
